I only booked in for an MOT, and they fitted me in straight away. I left my phone number and left my car; dreaded getting a call. I got the "failed" call and expected the worst. The details of each part needed were explained to me in terms even I could understand, and the price for each item. It wasn't as much as I thought! I was told I could pick up my car later in the day, and called again to inform me when it was ready. Being met with a smile made a difference, and after paying my bill; I actually left with a smile on my face! Well done. And thank you.

At all times I was treated courteously, professionally, and as an individual not just 'the next job'. Safety was considered paramount so when a possible leak was identified I was immediately contacted with the facts and the team worked with me to ensure I could have a safe vehicle when I needed to travel. The fact I had to split the job before and after a weekend due to my travel commitments and around a part being ordered did not impact the customer service. Contact was regular, accurate and polite. Payment was smooth and paperwork issued comprehensive. I could not fault them. Other service organisations could learn a great deal from the excellent team at Halfords Autocentres.

I have had the pleasure (due to a misfortune) of having to use the services of both Sevenoaks (for MOT) and Catford (for replacing some part of my car!) My MOT was completed on time and although a couple of minor failures- they fixed everything for me (without costing me a fortune!)-considering this was my first MOT experience, I was extremely impressed! My experience at the Catford branch was equally good. In fact they took all the hassle out of contacting my warranty company aswell. They completely all works in a timely fashion which meant I could take my cat on holiday! Overall I am very impressed!

Well I turned up on a Monday morning for an MOT.My E class mercedes has just flashed up that annual service was due.Merc. dealer wanted 600 plus whatever for the MOT.Asked the rep at Halfords what would be a full service on a 3 litre model and how much including the MOT.275 all in well thats sounds to me when can you do it? Right now !!! how long? 5 hours .Well done deal ..... came back a bit early in fact MOT,service and even valeted.......excellent ....
