Excellent service from Halfords as always. As a young woman I was concerned about being ripped off for all I was worth with my car. However I have been back three times now and Keith at Halfords in Canterbury has always been very honest, helpful and friendly and I felt he genuinely had my best interests at heart. The paperwork is always at the ready when I drop the keys off and I am kept fully informed on any work that needs doing and costs. Work has always been carried out the same day and I've been able to pick the car up after three hours for an MOT and service (all works included!) I have an old Kia sorento 53 plate, it's petrol and still works hard for a living.....this the third time it's been to halfords , once for a headlight bulb that blew, they changed it for a small fee and took their guys moments to change despite it requiring the air filter and light unit having to be removed.....them they also checked the oil.....and filled my window screen washer up with premixed screen wash.....how good was that.....now the second was for a mid range service and MOT all for a very reasonable charge , I could not have purchased the oil and filters much less .....all in a fantastic deal and service....then last weekend an air con re gas and new drive belt.....yet again a fixed price that was less than half I had been quoted at a garage.....I guess the long and short of my experience is that the customer service, price and overal experience of Andy and his team at Canterbury is beyond what I expected every time....oh and the guys that change the bulb at Herne Bay were spot on.....all of you are fantastic....thank....oh and noticed that halfords are said to be a top rated company to work for so I asked the guys what it is really like....they without hesitation relied it's as said , just a good company to work for....how good is that in this day and age that their are still companies out there that manage to get it so right on every level.....cheers guys and halfords....a trusted and trustworthy company....

The whole experience of getting my car's MoT done was excellent. I received a letter offering me an MoT for 30 so I rang up and booked - the person on the phone was very polite and friendly. I took my car in before work and dropped it off - the process was very speedy. I received a phone call to let me know that the work had been carried out and that it could be picked up. I picked it up after work and was not kept waiting. The car was clean, there were no dirty hand prints or oily smells in the car which has happened to me in the past with other MoT centres! The employee called me Madam which I thought was very polite and courteous. I would recommend Halfords and will definitely be going back there for repairs and future MoTs. In fact, I have already recommended them to my mum.

I have a 9 year old Mercedes and the standard of customer service I receive at the Canterbury Halfords Auto-centre is up there with Mercedes on a good day. Third year I have used AutoCentre for my service. This time I booked a major service, fixed price, for my Grand Scenic. Dropped off and headed into town for a day with the kids. Centre called by courtesy when the service was complete - and again when ready to pick up.
