I would highly recommend Halfords at Slough Farnham Road. As a female motorist I am always hesitant about getting the car serviced in case I am charged for extras I did not really need, but I found this branch to be very trust worthy and professional.

Polite and Reasonable people but no paperwork showing what work has been carried out for the 210.00. All I received was a list of other things that needed to be done but nowhere was there anything telling me exactly what had been carried out. I don't know if this is the practice with garages these days but I find it most unacceptable. The service book didn't seem to have been filled in properly either, no mention of any filters being changed or oil and this is one thing they stipulate on their website that is definitely done.

I had to ring Halfords as I could not get through with a problem on my Internet .I spoke to TONY who was very informative . The gentleman ( sorry did not get his name ) who dud my MOT was also very helpful & informitive . Arrived to book my car for an MOT. Sat for an hour to be told that it ha failed, and that it would take a further 3 hours to fix the brake pads. In fact it turned 4, I had to wait around to kill time and wasn't offered a beverage or a magazine - just left and ignored. Customer toilets were discussing, worst I'd ever seen in a long time.
