I just wanted to say thank you to Andrew Wait at your Swindon branch. I called him as I have a poroblem with my car here in Dubai. He was so helpful in trying to sort out an air con problem I have here, I cannot thank him or the lady on reception who was keen to help. Ironic that I live in a place with hundreds of so called Auto Air Con engineers and yet Andrew was the only person I have spoken to who had all the technical knowledge I so badly wanted. Thank you.

I was most impressed with the reception I received at your new Swindon set-up last week - from the manager Andy fixing a hire-car for me and running me to Hertz and Emma, your charming lady receptionist, who kept me supplied with coffee and sweeties! I rather hope that I my car doesn't get sick enough to need a visit your
