I have used the Halfords Autocentre in Sutton Coldfield several times now and have received excllent customer service. You won't find a better MOT price anywhere if you book online - half the price what you would normally pay other garages. The Manager Gareth is helpful, friendly and trustworthy. I purchased four new tyres from the above branch. My husband and I want to commend the managers Gareth helpful and accomodating attitude. He was so knowledgeable and if there was anything he wasn't totally sure on he would check and call me back. He made no false promises and and really worked hard to get what we wanted and fitted when we needed it for. As owners of our own business we know how important it is to trust your staff. He was professional whilst maintaining a friendly tone. The service Gareth has provided to us is exemplary and such a shock nowadays. What a great ambassador for your company.
