I was very impressed with the service provided by the Centre Manager, Philip Dunwoodie. He was professional, keen to help and made sure I had my car back quickly. Definitely a credit to your organisation.

Rather than fill in the standard feedback answers I have chosen to reply directly. The service at Widnes is second to none. The staff take their work very seriously indeed, and each time I have had a problem, the work has been carried out with good humour and more importantly , with expertise. I have entrusted my vehicle to your staff with no qualms whatsoever. A particular nightmare scenario occured with was met with politeness and good humour. I have to single out the manager , Mr Dunwoodie, who has been totally committed and helpful to me at every turn and I have to say is a very impressive manager on every score. He deserves every credit.
