I’ve been a long term customer of the AutoCentre at Welwyn Garden City for vehicle services, MOT's and general repairs. My vehicle was booked in for its MOT and service in August 2011 and an offer letter arrived on the same day, providing me with a 30% MOT charge discount and a free 'fuel system service', which I had performed on the car. On a 450 mile run during the next week the car’s fuel consumption increased by 6 miles per gallon and the car ran very much smoother than ever before. Therefore I'd recommend their 'fuel system service' - a very good return on the normal investment of £75. I'd also recommend Stuart (the manager) and his team for their high level of customer service, attention to detail, the efficiency of their vehicle servicing and their work is very competively priced. I'd like to formally thank the person working on the Reception desk at the Welwyn Garden City branch yesterday. When I forgot to leave work on time to pick up my car, he phoned me and waited for me to pick up my car even though I was 20 minutes late. I think this showed an excellent standard of customer service.
