I have to write in about the amazing service I have received today. I had the misfortune of my car breaking down this morning but this was tempered by a very positive experience I had at the Knutsford Road auto centre today. From the moment I rang them (in great panic and distress) I expected to be fobbed off and left stranded but was proved wrong. Craig and his boys went above and beyond what they had to do and I can honestly say I have never dealt with a more professional, hardworking and courteous garage. Good honest service is very hard to find these days and in this age when people are quick to complain, it is only right to acknowledge it. It is what ensures customers return. I will most certainly be recommending this branch to my friends. It certainly is good to have a garage one can trust and I am very pleased that I had decided last year to take the plunge from my (extortionate and lazy) dealer to you. Thank you!

I have had a major service and MOT at your Knutsford rd centre in Warrington. Can I just say that the chap I have dealt with on the front desk called John I believe has been the optimy of good service, going out of his way to look into a fault on my car which unfortunately the service didn't cover. They were polite and courteous and understood the need for me to have my car ready by a specific time as I am a childminder and have "pick-up and collection" commitments.
