I have been a customer of Nationwide/Halfords Autocentre for several years now. I always use the branch at 78 Ings Road in Wakefield. The reason I go there is because of the outstanding service always provided by the staff, in particular Craig Finlay and his lead mechanic Alan. Both these guys are extremely knowledge and have gone the ‘extra mile’ to resolve several issues relating to my air-conditioning in the last year for which I am extremely grateful. They are a credit to your organisation and deserve to be recognised for their courtesy, customer service skills and knowledge. It is always a pleasure to deal with them.

Can I recommend the manager at the Ings Road centre that is next to Halfords (you have two on the same road), in Wakefield for you top manager award? He is a super guy who sorts my old banger out when it drops to bits. He deals very effectively with the Warranty Direct people who can be a real pain. He certainly deserves some sort of recognition for the fact he has consistently, over the years I have had my car with his centre, been a super bloke.

I would like to especially bring to your attention the excellent service I have received from Ings Road 546 Autocentre. The first time was in March of this year when my MOT was due. They carried out the work to an excellent standard and informed me that my back tyres were slightly worn. They looked through their computer to find the cheapest new tyres for me. I took the car in at the weekend to have a headlight bulb replaced and for them to investigate an oil leak. They contacted Peugeot on my behalf with regards to the faulty oil filter and replaced the parts free of charge. The guy on reception is very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him to deal with or investigate for me. My car is due for its service and MOT in March 2010 and I will definitely be booking it in to this centre again.
