Just a quick note to pass on some praise for Nationwide Autocentre Torquay. We had a issue with a van where the door would not lock properly and the main agent were very hesitant in looking at the van given the fibreglass lining,
Carl at the Torquay depot looked at the van at a moments notice and fixed the issue inside of 10 minutes. As you know people are very quick to complain but not as quick to say thanks. Please pass on our appreciation to the branch in question.
