On Tuesday 24th August 2010, we took our car into Nationwide Autocentre Stratford for its yearly service. Mr Mark Sanders, the centre manager for Warwickshire, was standing in on that day for the usual manager whose day off it was. It was found that parts to the exhaust system needed replacing and Mark arranged for new parts to be supplied and fitted very quickly that same day. Mark was most helpful, courteous and efficient and it was a pleasure having him look after our interests. He is an asset to the company and we wish him every success for the future.

I called into the centre to enquire and the Manager there was both helpful and courteous. I was surprised and delighted that the work was completed so quickly, it caused minimum disruption to my work. I assure you not only will I be using this centre again, but will also be recommending it to my friends and colleagues.
