I am just writing to say you have won yourselves a new customer, after my wonderful experience, due to the service I recieved at your Stockport (Didsbury Road Service Centre) branch. I phoned your Manchester Read Depot, who got me the info and location for your service depot. I then talked to Tony at the service centre and he invited me to call in. I stressed that I had to be up for work and in the car at 6 am the next morning; he replied that, though it was late in the day, they’d do their very best. I arrived and talked to Stuart and Hugh who got me quickly sorted out, and back on the road. Many Thanks

I was happy to complete your survey but it didn't really do justice to the men at the Stockport garage who look after my car. Recently I have had a lot of problems with the car. They have shown great patience and diagnostic skills in locating and resolving each problem as it came up. I can't thank them enough for their help.

I would like to praise the staff at Stockports Nationwide Auto Centre (Green Lane Trading Estate). Hugh Gilfillan has the most excellent customer service I have ever come across. He is always so willing to help and offer advice when it comes to my car. He has certainly made a repeat customer out of me. If there is any customer service award or employee of the month then Hugh should certainly be winning. The service I receive is always excellent. The issues with my car are always fully explained. All of the staff memebrs are helpful and quick to sort jobs. Congratulatrions on having such a friendly and efficient Nationwide Autocentre in Stockport.
