Its not often that I feel necessary to write but I would like to offer my thanks to the guys at your Shoreham Branch, namely Nick & Richard. Both were extremely helpful with the urgent and service and MOT of my service vehicle and I couldn't ask for a friendlier team. They were extremely helpful with regards to giving answers and both appeared passionate about their job. It's good to know that the service level is still paramout. Please pass on my thanks to these guys, as well as the rest of their team. I will be seeing them again. Thank you

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff at your Shoreham by Sea branch especially Nick Cox for the exceptional help and effort they took in getting my car back on the road. I purchased a used car from a dealer in Birmingham that was fully RAC checked and warranted. On the drive home I noticed a small indicator problem and a find knock which I thought was the exhaust. Once Nick had the car on the ramp he found the coils and struts had broken, from that point Nick spent many hour on the phone to the warranty companies and the dealers until he finally managed to get the dealer to pay for the repairs as the warranty companies refused to pay for the repairs due to the small amount of mileage I had travelled. It is refreshing in these times to find a company that is willing to go the extra mile and fight for the individual. I would like to thank Nick again and although I have normally taken my vehicles to a smaller independent garage in future I will be having all services and repairs carried out at Shoreham Autocentre.
