Hi could I just ask you to pass on to the area manager or equivalent who over sees the Shirley branch that I would like them to be made aware of what I believe to be a great advocator of customer service they have in Martin who looks after the branch! Over the last few years he has repeatedly not just done good work on the two cars I have but regularly gone out of his way to help me. Its service like this that will cause me to keep returning and not go elsewhere - and what is most impressive is that it is genuine and never too much hassle for him! This week he squeezed me in a next day coolant change meaning my wife was back on the road next day! I have of course thanked him but wondered if you could at some stage let him know his excellent customer service is being noted and promoting your company!
