I took my RAV4 into Halfords Autocentre as there was an issue with leaking fluid and a noise from the engine. The service offered by Scott and his team was excellent. I was kept fully informed of the situation despite the job taking longer than expected through no fault of the centre. The car was delivered back to me at a convenient time and the service was better than the local Toyota dealership and was far more competitive. I will certainly be returning.

I would like to commend your Hillsborough service centre in Sheffield. I am going on a long journey tomorrow and I drove in to ask if they would check the oil and water in my vehicle as I had lost the manaul and had no idea how to get the bonnet up! The gentlemen not only checked and showed me where things were, they even checked the lights etc to make sure I was completely safe to travel. Excellent customer servide of which I would recommend. Thank you, my mind is at peace for the long journey.

I completed your online survey but do not feel that the survey allowed for the service I received from the Hillsborough Sheffield Autocentre to be adequately conveyed, therefore I have again taken the time to inform you accordingly.The Hillsborough Autocentre is truly fantastic. We have taken both our cars to have MOTs/Servicing and everything in between completed over the last 4 years and we have always been extremely satisfied by the quality of the job completed, the price of the work is extremely competitive and the advice provided by Scott Thompson, the Manager, is taken as gospel! He is extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional and we hope that he and his team stay at Hillsborough for a long time as we believe that the level of service and value for money that they provide can not be beaten anywhere. He always manages to fit us in no matter what the problem with the cars; when we have had issues with the car the Hillsborough team are only to happy to help - even if it they haven't properly opened yet. Basically they do all they can to get us back on the road as quickly as possible - we can not recommend them enough. We have even got to the point over the last couple of years where we now buy a large box of quality chocolates for them at Christmas just to say thanks! Can I just say I have never had such great service!!! Over the past 10 years Scott has never failed to deliver an outstanding customer service. I have been bringing my cars to your Hillsbourgh branch and have recommended at least 6 other friends and family that refuse to go elsewhere.

I would like to inform you of the great service the team are providing at my local Nationwide in Sheffield. I arrived today at 4.15pm very worried about my cars new non-starting problem.
Not only did they sort out my battery this evening, they also reminded me that my MOT was due and sorted that out too. This is not the first time they have gone beyond their duty and put themselves out for me when I have needed help in a rush.
