I wanted to take this opportunity to offer my thanks to the members of staff who looked after our car when it went in for a service. Although we had only booked it in for a service our car needed extra repairs. We were rushed for time as we had a birthday to attend. I mentioned our predicament to the service manager and much to our appreciation he went out of his way to see that our car was repaired promptly. The customer service we recieved was exceptional in particular as it was a busy Saturday with everyone else wanting their car done quickly. I would like to pay thanks inparticularly to Wajid Ali who was our specialist. We have booked our car for further repairs later this month and look forward to recieving the same customer car. This time though we will not be pushed for time and will be happy to wait.

On Friday 12th October I broke down when a nearside suspension ball joint collapsed on my Mercedes 190D just off the M1 J30. The AA recovered me and took me to your Sheffield Eyre St. The entire staff were extremely helpful and the manager did everything possible to get the repairs completed that day.
The fact that the wrong part was delivered was not his fault but mine! Saturday 13th October the car was repaired and ready for me to continue my journey home. Please forward my congratulations and grateful thanks to all concerned.
