I am writing to thank you for the service myself and my partner received at your facility in Romford. Our car failed it's MOT due to the exhaust and a new one duly ordered. Unfortunately when we arrived to collect the car at 1730hrs yesterday, the engineer informed Jo on reception that the wrong exhaust had ben received. This meant that my partner had no way of getting to work the next day. As Jo has such a good relationship with your suppliers, she phoned and arranged for the correct part to arrive in less than ten minutes and then proceeded to fit it herself without complaint even though the shop was now shut. This was truly outstanding service and we shall tell all our friends, so thank you very much.
