I was happy with your service, and was considering bringing my car in for her MOT in June. I have been with Kwik- Fit but have found them unreliable this year, I have had a word with the manager who says sorry etc and has offered me a MOT and full service for a price of £165 which was a good deal and I am considering it. But I am still thinking about changing to Halfords in the future.

On Thursday 13th Jan 2011 my car gave up the ghost. The point of my e-mail is simple! The service I received from Mark (Centre Manager) and his Team of Mechanics was fantastic in every sense, second to none. I could not have felt more at ease with the information and service given. Could you please pass on my sincere thanks to both Mark and his Team once again for the fantastic service given. If I ever break-down again on the motorway I hope it's near Redditch.

On a recommendation I recently had my car serviced, MOT'd and the cambelt changed after previously using the dealership from where the car was purchased, and I cannot praise the management and staff highly enough for the excellent service and advice I received. I had my car serviced yesterday for the first time outside the Jaguar franchise and this was all because the service manager at Redditch was so helpful when I had a blown bulb, his customer handling skills are excellent and rest assured I will be using this depot for further servicing. Well done!

Yesterday I had cause to take my car in to your Redditch depot. This was my first experience of your company. The level of service and help I received from your employee, Francisco, was outstanding. From the outset he was extremely helpful and very professional. He kept me informed at all times, suggested where I could get a coffee and even made contact with a car hire company on my behalf. This was made even more important to me as my wife is pregnant and I was stuck some two hours from home. I believe that, even in today’s commercially competitive environment, this level of customer service is paramount in ensuring the success of companies. Because of the courtesy and professionalism that I was shown by Francisco, I will always use Nationwide Autocentres in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

I was half way home with my family and a car crammed full of stuff having spent Christmas in Colwyn Bay when the engine developed a miss fire. Not a great situation to be in with around 25 miles to go. We managed to get to Redditch where despite being extremely busy they recognised our plight and arranged for the fault to be analysed.
The problem turned out to be a failed coil which didn't take long to arrive and was fitted straight away and we were on our way. Our problem was dealt with efficiently and professionally for which I would like to say thank you.

I was so very overwhelmed by the quality of service I received from your staff at this unit and you could almost understand why when the Manager who oversaw the service of my car was himself exceptional and lead by example.
