The Halfords team often service my company vehicle on a pick-up and drop-off basis and everything always 'just works' - there are never any issues. But, as my MOT for my private vehicle was due, it was good to be able to see how things worked. Kevin was absolutely superb in getting things organised. From the moment I arrived, the gentlemen who attended to my vehicle were brilliant, showing great attention to detail. The entire place is about 'good service'. Although being exceptionally busy, Kevin took time out with a Customer having difficulty with fuses for a cigarette lighter to show him diagrams of where the issue could be, printing documentation, and reassuring him that if that didn't help him he could fit the vehicle in the following morning for the team to deal with it. There's no 'sorry we can't help you' here. A really good experience! Thank you guys :o)
