We were treated with great customer care and professionalism throughout. Carl is always very helpfuland nothing is too much trouble. This is a clear example of when a company gets customer service right.

I am writing to you to express my appreciation and thanks to your plymouth branch who gave excellent customer service during a breakdown I suffered on my car during early April.
I had experienced a battery warning light on my vehicle on approaching Plymouth, on spotting your premises I drove in, identifying what I thought was a fan belt failure however on closer inspection your by the team it was revealed that a tensioner bracket had broken and the locating bracket on the engine.
The team were most helpful liasing with local Peugeot garage to identify the correct parts. Having worked in the retail trade for many years I was very impressed by the whole teams commitment to service to the customer, nothing was too much trouble.
