I went to oldbury’s Autocentre and had 4 new tyres put on my K A. I received FANTASTIC SERVICE. The staff were nice and cheerful, even though it was miserable weather outside! Would go there every time. Thank you Jane and Michael.

Sincere thanks to John Asbury and his team for their prompt and cheerful service when replacing the battery in my car earlier this week. I had called the AA when the car failed to start, the battery having 'died', so after a phone call to Oldbury, I was very relieved to be able to take the car straight there and to receive such prompt attention.

I live in Scotland, was travelling back home today with my young son, when I experienced a problem with my trailer, the bearing had gone. I called a few local garages in the area and no one was willing to help, I even called the AA to have my vehicle and trailer towed back home but after getting a quote for nearly £1,000 I then came across a number for Nationwide Autocentres in Oldbury. After speaking with the manager John, John and Mick (tech) came out to me, helped me get the vehicle to the centre and made endless calls to get my trailer sorted and back on the road. Without the help of these two guys I would have been stuck! They are a credit to your company! They deserve a pat on the back... I can't say thank you enough!

I would like you to convey my thanks to Mr John Asbury, your manager at the Nationwide Autocentre, Oldbury. In March I found myself responsible for the maintenance of my car and also my daughters car. Yellow pages led me to Birchley Park centre where I tentatively booked an MOT. My car failed but the explanation and advice given was helpful. A subsequent service made me feel confident that my car was reliable. My daughter's car then broke down and the RAC informed her that the front part of the exhaust system and possibly the catalytic converter, would have to be replaced. The nearest garage quoted for both the exhaust and cat converter. Mr Asbury gave her a second opinion and in fact only the front exhaust was at fault. This saved us approx. £200. We felt completely at ease whilst waiting in the reception area and observed the friendly atmosphere between staff, mechanics and customers. I trust this centre and will not take our cars anywhere else.

The Manager was very busy yet he still managed to fit me and two other people in who needed quick jobs doing. His customer service was fantastic, he explained fully and gave an accurate estimate of when the work would be done whilst dealing with non-stop phone calls!

I believe that many women dread having car trouble especially when she has no knowledge of what is wrong and fear the thought of having to face motor mechanics. I am therefore writing to you because of the outstanding treatment I received from John and his team in Oldbury.
John and his team put me at ease and explained everything to me. I was shown the damage that needed to be repaired and they did the work within record time - the car was ready for me the next day!
