Overall I was very happy with the service. I think being able to book the tyres on line before visiting the garage saved me lots of money and meant that I was'nt left waiting around for ages. The guys there certainly met my expectations and I will be booking again in the very near future to get my other two tyres changed.

I would like you to know. What great staff you have working at the Newhaven Branch. On the 14th October I had the misfortune to trip on the pavement outside the reception area, they rushed to help me, rendered first aid, called an ambulance and really cared for me, to top this, my car was in the car wash. I stressed I may need it the next day, in their own time they drove it home parked it in my drive putting the keys through my door. By the way I'm 83 years young so you can understand what this meant to me. Exceptional service.

We cannot thank or praise the staff at this centre enough after they took our call very late and booked us in first thing. The level of professionalism and customer service was great, we shall certainly recommend them.
