My Focus C-Max had a major service and MOT undertaken at a fraction of the cost quoted by my local Ford dealership. The manager and staff at Halfords Autocentre were very welcoming and whilst there was a small glitch when my already damaged washer fluid cap fell into the engine, this was sorted out promptly at no extra charge to me, including checking for damage and ordering me a replacement cap. Brilliant customer service which means I'll definitely be using them again.
