One Monday morning in August I was in the unlucky situation of getting to know Hertz Rental's policy on fixing a puncture, which basically falls into the box called 'nightmare customer f**k-ups'. After hours waiting for not much to happen, me and my rental car was dropped off at Halfords Mansfield, and the guys there restored my faith in good old-fashioned customer service. Jamie did his outmost and more to get the situation fixed, and I am forever greatful for his help and support. Every customer tells friends about their experiences, and Halfords will certainly have a star in my book!! Thanks for keeping me sane, Jamie and Berry, in the end it only took 8 hours and 45 minutes from I reported the problem until I was on my way again!! :-)

Over the past two years I have used your Autocentre at Baum's Lane Mansfield for MOT's, service, maintenance etc, the last occasion being Monday this week. During this time I have always been treated with politeness and courtesy, my needs have been expeditiously dealt with at my convenience and the work efficiently carried out.
I have had cars since 1948 and at 87 I have never recieved the overall quality of service I am now receiving.
