The above vehicle has an expired MOT. I was trying to get the vehicle booked into a garage ASAP. My first call was to Nationwide Stretford. I spoke to Alan there, not only has he agreed to do the MOT for us today, but he will also collect and deliver the vehicle for us.
In all the years I have worked here, I have managed to get garages to do work last minute on the day, however I don't think I have ever had them collect and deliver aswell.
I feel this is exceptional service offered from Alan and the guys at this garage, and think they deserve some recognition for the high level of customer service they are offering. For any work in that area in the future I will be calling them first.

I recently took both of my cars for an MOT at your Stretford branch on the chester road, and the overall level of service I received was outstanding. For one vehicle I had been advised by a main dealer that the CV joint boot needed replacing, but on inspection was advised by one of your staff that this was not the case. A small amount of silicone sealant was applied to the boot free of charge, saving me a bill of around £70. Alan Grant at the branch is always helpful and is a credit to your organisation. I would not hesitate to recommend this branch to others.

I would just like to make a quick not to say that I have been using the Stretford branch to service and MOT my car for quite a number of years now and I don't hesitate to recommend it to others. I have never been tempted to go elsewhere. The staff are friendly,approachable and just as importantly they are professional and honest. They will explain what is essential and what can wait. I think that the staff are the company's greatest asset and help you to retain a competitive edge in a crowded marketplace - and that is why I return.

I would just like to express how excellent the service I received from staff at the Manchester, Chester Road branch was today. I booked my car in for an mot at 3pm and was treated speedily and very professionally, car was ready by 4.30 pm and was given a courtesy call to collect. Great advice from your service technician on the advisory note. I will definitely recommend to others and use again next year. Smooth no hassle transaction.
