Thank you very much. I am unable at the moment to respond online to your survey, but the service was excellent. I dropped the vehicle off at 9am and it was ready by 12:30. I will from now on be bringing my vehicle in for any other works and services.

I would like to express my thanks to Steve, Mark and the staff at your Loughborough branch for all the help and assistance they gave me recently when I had a problem with my car. They could not have been more helpful, in many ways, and the service I received was superb and prompt. Good customer service can be a rare commodity these days, but Loughborough's was excellent. I would be obliged if you would pass my thanks on to them.

I have used the local centre at Loughborough on a number of occasions and have nothing but praise for the service that I have received. The staff are excellent and the maintenance of our cars have been second to none. I do not see the sense in using franchise dealers to service our cars when we seem to get a larger service for a cheaper price at your centres.My son who lives in Grantham also uses the local centre there and he is just as impressed.
