I have recently had work carried out to my vehicle at your Kings Lynn branch. The reason for this letter is to inform you of how pleased I am with the service I received.I have used many garages in my 73 years and can honestly say that the service provided was second to none. Staffs at the branch were very helpful, friendly and a credit to your company. I will certainly be recommending this company to friends and family in the future. Once again excellent service from your Kings Lynn Branch. The Altenator failed on my car on Sunday, Needed the car to go to Bristol on Tuesday, Fiat dealer wanted to carry out fault diag, Finally got a price just to change the Alternator of £560 and they could not start the job till Tuesday. Stuart and team got me one at just over half the price of the main dealer and could sort me out on Monday. This they achieved. This is why I have been using the same venue under all its different names as the quality and friendiness of the staff is outstanding.

I have been using the Kings Lynn Branch for coming up to 25 years and the level of service through all the name changes has remind outstanding. They currently look after my car, the wife’s car, my sons car, my eldest daughters and her husband’s 2 cars and I highly recommend them to my friends for the quality of service. They have just sorted out an annoying noise in my wife’s car (no not the wife) sorting out the problem that I have tried to pin down for months. I shall keep recommending and using the Kings Lynn branch as they are worth it.
