I would just like to thank Paul and his team at your Hull Great Union Street branch for a quick and very cost effective repair to our car. After being quoted some 'stupid' prices by various other local garages our choice was Halfords without fail. After reversing out of our drive on Saturday morning there was a whirring and a bang from the front near side of the car so we thought we better take it to the dealership we purchased the car from 3 weeks ago. They told me the front coil spring and the bearing had gone, and this wasn't included on the warranty - so I enquired into the cost of the repair and was shocked to be hit by a £260 repair bill. So, unhappy with the service they offered, I started ringing around to see if someone could sort the repair out quickly. I rang Paul who informed me that the car could be repaired within the space of four hours. I explained to him that other garages had told me they couldn't get the parts until Monday and wouldn't be able to do the job until Tuesday - Paul's exact words were 'no, bring it in we'll have it done today'. So within half an hour of getting to the centre I walked through the door and the parts were in, ready and waiting, I was amazed that on a Saturday he pulled out all the stops to get the gear in ...superb service. The repair was done within 3 hours and that took into account one of his lads being on his dinner break! As for cost, the price was over £170 less than what I'd been quoted from the service centre of the company I bought the vehicle from. The old ethics of 'don't go to Halfords, they are too dear' went straight out of the window. I may also add we have used Paul and his team on various occasions before on an old Ford Puma - and they were cheaper and more professional than any other garage I have used in the area. All in all, a top 10/10 service for Paul and his team. I will be back for MOT's and general servicing without fail.

I came to this garage based on online reviews and I was not dissapointed. The major service was delivered in such a professional, thorough and friendly manner. Paul is very aprroaqchable and capable individual. I would certainly recommend the garge to all my friends and colleagues -and surely Ill be back for my MOT in September. Well done!

Had an MOT at Hull today. Top Class, excellent service at the centre. Especially the Gent on reception, he was really friendly and approachable and delivered great customer service skills. Would definitely highly recommend this centre to any of our 600+ staff based at Comet Head Office. Thank you and I will definitely return in the future.
