Found the chap who handled the paperwork for the MOT test was friendly, helpful, and efficient. It made this necessity about as pleasant as possible.

Courteous, efficient booking and reception, prompt appointment, clean and comfortable waiting area, clean customers toilet and friendly administration. While I was there I witnessed the same obliging handling of telephone enquiries and I shall certainly make the longer journey to use them in future for their first class service.
