Please pass on my thanks to Scott at Seafield East in Edinburgh for responding so well when my car had a very low oil level, due to a faulty sump plug washing installed a year earlier during a service. Mistakes can happen but Scott's response was first class and demonstrated great customer care. Much appreciated and I shall definitely be back next year for a service/MOT and will recommend you to my friends.

I had to take my car in, as it would not start and the glow plug light was flashing, to Edinburgh Nationwide, on 17/04/08. Although initially they could not read the fault, they put themselves out and were able to repair it (it was under warranty). I have not used Nationwide before and I was very impressed with the service I received and I will recommend you to all my friends and family. Thank you, I feel a good job deserves praise. Had my car recovered there, problem was fixed under my extended warranty. I was hard to diagnose and I feel the staff went out of their way to resolve that problem. Not only would I go back, I will also recommend to others.
