I have dealt with him for many years as the holder for a company car and subsequently as a private owner. His attitude is most commendable and I would never hesitate to recommend his workshop to any of my friend or acquaintances.

I had my car MOT’d today at your Darlington garage and I would just like to say thank you for the service I received today. All the staff I spoke to were very polite and cheerful and professional. It is a real rarity these days to be called Madam! The test started and finished on time, the cherry being it passed! I booked online which I found easy (I'm not the best IT expert!) Then when I phoned to check the location the gent (I think it was John ) was very helpful and polite. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to friends.

Had my car serviced today at your Darlington branch and have to say how delighted I was with the service. They fitted me in despite me missing the MOT slot, and the service overall was polite and professional. A big pat on the back to the service manager, I didn't take his name he was a big guy from London. I got an overwhelming feeling of honesty from him, which was very refreshing. If only everywhere could get its act together the way he has my busy life would be a doddle.
