I'd just like to say thank you for the excellant service that your Cannock branch continues to give. We have all our MOTs and services done at Cannock and the occasional repair but everytime nothing is too much trouble for them and they always find a way of getting the cars done immediately, even though I know they must be snowed under with work.

Just wanted to let you know that I had exceptional service from the Cannock centre recently, my son's mini failed its MOT on the emissions and both the normal centre manager and the stand in manager over the weekend both went out of their way with helpful advice and re-testing the emissions until it finally passed. I am confident that the vehicle has been properly tested and would recommend the service to friends . Please pass on my thanks to them and their staff involved.

I just thought I would let you know what a happy customer I am. My power steering failed miserably on Wednesday morning and I was somewhat forced to use Nationwide, as I am an AA customer, not a 'drive in off the street by choice' person. My car arrived at Nationwide Cannock (Linkway) roughly mid morning, by mid afternoon I was fully aware of what was wrong with my car, advised that the AA would meet some of the repair costs, the amount I would have to pay, the part needed would be delivered and my car would be ready for collection, in full working order, the next day. I was also advised as to what discounts I was entitled as an AA customer.
I was very impressed with the detailed communication in non-technological speak - plain and simple so as not to confuse and also the speed and manner in which the repair was dealt. I would certainly use Nationwide again although preferably by choice next time! The staff also dealt promptly with a problem on my father's car in the same professional manner. It was nice to see somebody dealing with people as individuals not using a collective protocol.

In these days of poor customer service, Simon definitely bucks the trend and provides a fantastic service. I have and will continue to recommend this garage to my family and friends as I have nothing but praise for the work the mechanics do. We were recovered to the centre at closing time, they decided there and then to tackle the problem for me, did not even hesitate. The work was all done with willingness and a smile, even though they ended up finishing the work in their own time. I cannot praise them enough for the way they got me out of a very difficult situation.
