Last week I booked my wife's Saab into your Clifton Road, Cambridge garage for a major service. Previously I have always used main dealers to maintain my vehicles and to move away from this 'norm' was a significant step. Before booking the vehicle in, I spoke with Mick the Centre Manager, who was extremely patient and went to great lengths to reassure me that my car would be looked after! I have to say that I was hugely impressed - the major service was undertaken to an extremely high standard and all aspects of the requirement for additional parts etc was fully explained. I was dealt with in a very professional way and will be using this centre from now on. I have recommended Mick and his team to others and I know that a friend will be booking her vehicle with them shortly (again a former main dealer user). I'd be grateful if you would pass my thanks on.

Early on Saturday a confirmation phone call of the fault was received from your staff and we agreed for the work to be done. The job was completed by lunchtime and again the staff were very accommodating in allowing my wife to collect the keys and leave the car until I returned from work late Saturday evening. This is the first time I have used a Nationwide Autocentre and I found the whole experience to be very easy and professional. Please pass on my grateful thanks to your staff.

I went in for a full service and suspension work done, the Autocentre has very nice people working there reasonable price and good quality work, explained everything to me very well.
