Dear Sir, On Friday 14th January, we left Cheltenham to travel to Camborne in Cornwall to attend a funeral of a dear friend when our car developed a major problem as we approached the area. Being in the AA we called for assistance and on inspection we were informed the crank pulley had deteriorated and affected the timing belt etc. As usual the AA were excellent and towed the vehicle into your centre at Camborne whilst we were able to attend the funeral. We would like to put on record how the service centre manager – John Dunstone, dealt with our misfortune at your Camborne division. John and his colleagues were extremely courteous and helpful assisting usin finding overnight accommodation whilst the repairs were carried out. They worked tirelessly to get the repairs completed for us to be back on the road Saturday afternoon. Would you please pass on our sincere thanks to John and his colleagues for their kindness and hard work. They gave us excellent customer service and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing their services.

I have been having my car's MOT and serviced with Nationwide Autocentres for many years and have always had good polite service.
Last week I was in Cornwall where my battery went flat getting the car started. I went to your service centre in Camborne to have the battery checked, The checks showed it was a duff battery and not the alternator. A new battery was fitted. The Technician, as he knew we were on our way back to Luton, a 300 mile run, checked the tyres, water & oil without being asked, and on returning home there was a message on the phone from the Manager hoping we had a safe trip home - I did return his call.
The Manager and the Engineer on duty were excellent, treated me like royalty and a most pleasant visit, Your staff at this centre should be commended most highly, The best treatment I have received in 54 Years of motoring an excellently run centre.
