I would like to say how helpful and pleasant the acting manager at your Bury St Edmunds centre is. My car was there for a Full Service and MOT on Tuesday 13th July - the previous manager had not updated my appointment as requested to an earlier date. Even though they were very busy, the acting manager fitted my car in. I have always had very good service at this brance and would like this employee's excellent attitude to be recognised.

I use the above garage for all my MOT’s, repairs, services etc. Last Wednesday the alternator on my vehicle ‘died’. It was getting dark and I contacted Nick Carley, the manager at Cotton Lane. He advised me to call out the AA and said if it could not be repaired, I should leave the car on their forecourt and place keys in letterbox. This I did, and 12 noon next day, the car was repaired and ready for collection. I thought this was superb service, which I have come to expect from Nationwide. Nick is particularly helpful and does his utmost to get me back on the road and always informs me of cost and rings when the car is ready. I felt I must let you know how helpful and efficient he is and the whole team are always so obliging.

While we were on our way from Cirencester to Bury St Edmunds we realised that the clutch was slipping, this resulted in our being taken to Bury by breakdown. The centre manager gave us a coffee and worked on the car straight away. They stayed late until it was finished. I would like to thank them for all their hard work and help.
