Had A LOT of problems with Pablo the cinquecento (if thats spelt right) and the service that was recieved was brilliant. We felt very welcome. They talked us through everything they were doing to Pablo, and even checked other things to make sure it was safe to drive. Andy and stuart at halfords Autocentre in burton (wetmore rd) are absolutley fabulous. I have a company car and have been to many burton car centres, since being met with such friendliness i have insisted only having my car dealt with at this garage. Andy and Stuart are very helpful and efficient, no task is too much and the job is always completed very quickly and easily, their approachable manner makes me feel very confident and happy returning there time and time again - thankyou both!

I would like to express my thanks for some excellent service provided by your staff recently. The matter was dealt with by Astley Stone and I was kept up to date with the progress throughout the time the car was on your premises. Due to delay caused by myself and the warranty company, Ashley notified me that the car probably wouldn’t be ready until Saturday. I explained that this would cause me a massive problem as I live in Wolverhampton and would struggle to get home. Even if I borrowed or rented a car, I was not due to be back in Burton until the middle of the following week, which would have added to my problems (and costs). Ashley assured me he would get someone on to it as soon as the part arrived in an attempt to get it ready for that afternoon. He contacted me again later to inform me that it would be nearly 6pm before the car was finished, which I was more than satisfied with. To keep this story down to sensible level.... The car was finally put back together at round 7.30 and following a couple of adjustments, was ready for me to drive away at 7.45. One of Ashely’s colleagues, Arun (?) stayed to lend a hand – so he should get a mention – and his assistant certainly helped to speed the job up or who knows what time we would have been there until. I am extremely grateful to these guys who went out their way to make sure I was looked after. To stay over for half an hour or so, would have been impressive, but to still be there two quarter hours after they should have closed up for the night (and it was Friday night when I’m sure they had better things to do with their time) deserves special praise. Unfortunately, I can’t reward them financially (I wouldn’t insult them...) but I wanted to show my gratitude in this way and hope that they receive proper recognition from their employer. Once again, many thanks to all at Halfords for this excellent service. I shall be sure to pass on my experience to others in the hope that these people enjoy a prosperous future.

I just wanted to drop a quick line to say thanks for the excellent service I received at your Burton on Trent branch yesterday. It's very easy for people to complain when things go wrong and it should only be right you comment when the service goes beyond what you expect. The guys at Burton were great. They rushed the service through and advised of what else was needed without being too pushy. Please pass on my thanks to the manager and the staff at Burton.
