I had two tyres fitted today at your centre in Elmers End Road, Beckenham. I just wanted to say what a great experience! Simon oversaw the ordering and fitting and although there was a slight delay in receiving the tyres, Simon was great and communications were first class. The service engineer Antonio Gagliari made a first class job and my thanks go to both of them. when things are done as well as this I think it is important to give positive feedback and I hope your internal system allows you to thank them for their level of attention.
