I want to take this opportunity to recommend Jamie Parks, manager at the Bath centre. He booked my car in earlier than requested and at very short notice so that the MOT could be done on time. He then had three faults repaired and, most importantly, because he couldn't get hold of me, and my wife had said it needed to be used, took the initiative to re-put it through the MOT so my son could drive it that (Friday) night. I have always had superb service at the centre in Bath and would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend them to any new customer. Thanks Jamie!

I was delighted with the prompt, efficient service I was given. The reception staff were very polite and friendly and the bill was half the price I was expecting. I will more than likely be bringing my 3 family cars and my Mother's car to this Autocentre in future!
