I would like to commend the staff at Basingstoke, from the manager to the shop floor, for their profesional approach to their work. I went to the Basingstoke Centre (my first visit to a Nationwide Autocentre) with a faulty exhaust on Saturday 23rd January 2010, and am very pleased with the service I recieved. Despite encountering problems which were not of their making (there was an issue with the exhaust supplied) they were good humoured, well mannered and maintained a professional attitude throughout the time I was there. Well done to all the guys involved, I will be recommending their services without any hesitation what so ever. Well done Nationwide Autocentre.

It is really hard to trust people you do not know, but they were brilliant and explained everything to me. They spent a full day on my car and were so helpful, trustworthy and friendly. I will gladly recommend this centre to my friends and family.

I had my MOT done today and I must say how professional the guys were in the Worthing road, Basingstoke branch are. I will return and recommend to friends. I was amazed how clean the reception area was.
