I was reluctant to use our Autocentres, however after this experience I will be recommending now. I must say I found the manager Carl Harris to be pleasant, helpful, courteous, warm and very trusting which is a great relief. I will be telling all my friends, family and daughter to use this centre. It is so nice to see a great bunch of lads working together as a team and happy in their surroundings.

I had forgotten that my MOT was due and was panicking at the thought of trying to find a local garage to do it that day. I spoke to the Manager and he explained everything and booked the vehicle in that day!

I write to inform you of the excellent service I serviced at Nationwide Autocentres in Acocks Green. I understand the Autocentre has recently had a new manager, I would like to bring your attention that I feel he is a real asset to the place. Having previously been there some time ago I cannot believe the transformation in both the staff and the place itself. I shall return.
