It is the only local garage to go to. Helpful, friendly staff on the desk. Will not take my cars anywhere else. What I like is that there are no surprises!

Just wanted to commend the excellent service I received recently at your Aberdeen branch, in particular from one of your female staff. I came in with an issue with steering alignment on a car I had brought from an online used car supermarket - they advised me to take it to Nationwide Autocentres as they had an account there and would authorise the work. A few weeks has passed since I had contacted them, and they weren't initially willing to pay for the work, but Nicola argued with them on my behalf and got the work authorised. She was also kind enough to drop me off back at my office, and pick me up again later. Excellent service and I will definitely be back in the future.

I just wanted to say that I used the Aberdeen branch last Friday and the service was impeccable! The staff were very, very helpful and my car was ready on the same day. I will be using this branch in the future and recommending that my friends and family do the same. Thank you very much for taking the stress out of the garage services!!

I am an Arval lease driver and usually take my car to the dealership. However I have not been happy with the service I have received from them recently so thought I would give Nationwide a try. I have been to the Aberdeen centre today and found them to be most helpful and professional.

My experience with Nationwide Autocentres at Aberdeen has been 100% positive. On my recommendation, my husband has used your garage too, but I was the customer on June 3rd.This is the first time I have used the garage with my current car. In the past, with other cars, I have used other garages, but none have offered the level of service available at yours. The lady on Reception is friendly and efficient and all the staff are very helpful. Your garage provide good old fashioned service combined with up to the minute technical expertise. I hope you manage to maintain this level of service.

Please could you thank Paula at the Aberdeen branch (Balnagask Road) who went out of her way to help me when I was stuck for transport. She took time out of her own lunch break to give me a lift up the road so I could get back to work. There are not a lot of people left who would volunteer this kind of service any more, as such I think she should be commended. The overall service I received at this branch was excellent, with all staff very helpful and welcoming.
