Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds
Booking online allows you to quickly book your chosen service or product for your nearest or favourite Halfords Autocentre.
When booking online you may book up to 3pm for the next day at a centre of your choice.*
The Autocentre will then contact you to confirm that they have slots available, reschedule the appointment with you if necessary or if there are any stock or pricing queries.
Once you have successfully booked online you will receive a confirmation of your booking and payment on the screen and an email confirmation (If you have provided a valid email address).
You must take a printout or evidence of your payment when arriving for your booking to speed up administration.
Cancellations and amendments
If you need to amend your booking prior to arriving you may contact your centre up to one working day before your appointment date to re-schedule.
For cancellations you must contact your selected autocentre and use the refund request form located in your confirmation email. To action your cancellation you must use the query form by 5pm on the working day prior to your appointment slot. We regret that refunds can NOT be given after this time.
Refund requests
Refund requests are processed centrally and cannot be processed with the Autocentres. Your request can take up to 5 days to be processed.
Invoices will be supplied upon completion of your allocated booking. There may be additional costs if additional work shall be undertaken.
Booked work is valid for the vehicle booked only and cannot be transferred.
Refunds must be refunded to the original payment card provided for the original transaction.

We reserve the right to siggest alternative, suitable products as a substitute should your chosen product or service be unavailableor cannot be supplied for any reason.
In the event that we are unable to complete your requested service/transaction then you will be entitled to a full refund.
Part Refunds
Where we have provided alternate products or services that are of a lower value, part refunds will be granted for the difference.
Refunds may be managed centrally by Halfords Autocentres.
