I've booked online, what happens next?
You will receive an email confirming that the centre has received your appointment request. Shortly afterwards the centre will either email or ring to confirm your appointment. If they are not able to offer you an appointment at your preferred time they will be able to rearrange this for you.
I've tried to book a service online for tomorrow, but I keep getting an error message. What's happening?
The shortest time delay that you can book online is two working days. However if you need an appointment urgently it would be best to call your chosen centre as they may have space to fit you in the next day.
I'm having problems submitting my booking - what's causing this?
Check your internet browser. If you are using Internet Explorer version 6 this is the cause of the problem. For optimum website function it is best to use, Internet Explorer 7 or 8, or Mozilla Firefox. These are available as downloads from the internet. If this is not the problem, please let us know via the Contact Us form.
