I just want to say a big thank you for the prompt diagnosis and advice given by the manager and his team of West browich Halfords. The manager was excellant, fantastic PR skills he made me feel at ease as my car was making awful knocking sounds the steering wheel vibrated as I came off the motor way. Now that my car has been adjusted, I feel safe once more to travel. I will definately be recommending this garage to collegues, friends and family.

I was ringing round for prices on a service for my 5 seires bmw diesel, rang the dealer 1st then a few local garages and then my friend try Halfords they do services now, so I rang the Handsworth branch and spoke to a chap called Bobby who assured me that the service they carry out is the same as the dealer and they can re-set the computor so i booked my car in for sat 4th nov. when i arrived i was met by the manager Zaf who greeted me by my name, took my details of me and my car keys and told me that he would ring me in a couple of hours with a report, good to his word 2 hours later got a phone call with a report on my bmw. when i went to collect the car it had been washed and vacummed, the tyres had been shined, all the service lights had been re-set and the service book had been stamped up to date, i must admit i was a bit warried at first to take my car there because i have always had it done at the dealers but as from now i wont take it anywhere else and i have also sent my work colleges there to, oh and by the way they even gave me a loan car to use while they serviced mine, brilliant service would definately recommend this garage 100%

Heard a noise from engine, took it halfords in handsworth, spoke to zaf khan the manager, asked me if cam belt had been replaced recently, told him no not yet, said cambelt would need replacing due to mileage and noise is proberly comming from cam belt temsioner, picked car up few hours later, car was perfect, no noise from engine and showed me old parts and the part that wsa causing the noise, will definetly use again. thanks alot

My car broke down in handsworth while i was on my way to my sons birthday party, rang halfords in handsworth, spoke to zaf khan, told me to get car recoverd to us, 3hrs later car was ready for collection, then they dropped the car back off to me, absolutely brilliant, can not thank them enough, and my sons party went without any hiccups.thank you again
