I would like to thank Jon broad the manger at halfords reddicap for help with my car no other garage would take it work on Jon knew the problem and knew how to fix it I saw him teaching a young mechanic how to do thing and I have never saw a manger that cares about his staff so much I have a fleet of 14 cars and while Jon is there my custom is not going anywhere else what ever the problem or cost I know Jon will tell me the truth halfords should be proud of him thanks

I bought my car in last week there is a new manger named Jon the workshop was very busy so he did the work on my car himself to help me he was very good at running the centre and working on my car I hope he is there from now on as all my family and friends will now be come to reddicap halfords thank you for all your help Jon broad

I just wanted to contact you to say what a fantastic service I have recently recieved at your depot in Sutton Coldfield Reddicap. I bought a 2nd hand Landrover and was talked into taking a service plan with the main dealership, which I now realise had cost the earth. I have swapped my custom to Halfords as it was much nearer and cheaper . The manager Ian was really helpful. I feel the service I recieved was really good. Since having everything checked I am now assured that the car is safe to drive, due to the manager giving a very good explanation.The feeling I got was that they wanted to do a good job and not just do the minimum work for the maximum price.

I found Nationwide to be very professional. She originally went into the VW garage and they wanted over a £1000 of work done on her vehicle. She thought this was excessive and came into Nationwide for a second opinion. All she needed was an MOT done, which passed. She was very happy and she came to Nationwide and as a result her sister has also had her MOT done at the centre and she is also very happy with Nationwide.
