I would like to give a huge thanks to Ben and his team for the recent work they carried out on my Audi. They put a lot of hard work and effort into finding a problem that had everyone baffled but they didn’t give up and managed to sort it. The car is now perfect and I am very pleased. This is my second visit to the Sittingbourne Autocentre and I'm sure it won’t be my last. I would definitely recommend the team to friends and family for their excellent customer service and trustworthiness.

He not only gave me all the info i wanted but said he could probably help if I popped in which he did. Great customer service, and you will definitely get repeat custom from me.

Hi, I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Ben at the Sittingbourne Autocentre, for all his help. My Megane 225 was booked in for its wheel bearings on Friday there were problems as the wrong parts had been sent, twice in the end and as you can imagine after handing my car over and having to take the day off work I was not happy when my other half told me that they were going to have to keep it until Monday. Ben was brilliant he arranged to get the right parts delivered on Saturday morning, had my car stripped ready just waiting for the parts. It was all done and we picked it up Saturday afternoon, which meant we could continue with our plans for the weekend. I have to say i was initially very disappointed and was going to say not to bother and take it elsewhere but Bens customer service and willingness to get it sorted turned it round. Based on this I have recommended the garage to family and friends.
