My first visit to Halfords was a very positive and pleasant experience. Richard and his team ensured I received prompt attention, all my queries were answered and everything explained in full. Their customer and vehicle care was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble to rectify either immediately or when the parts were available. I am singing their praises at every opportunity!!

I want to praise Richard Williams for being very professional. Richard kept me and my wife informed every step of the way with progress and costs when carrying out a major overhaul of my engine. Richard also introduced me to the technician who carried out the work called Shane and I wanted to praise Shane for his work too!

Richard the manager and his staff. Not only give an excellent service they give a quality service. I have just started using them and I will carry on, because they help and assist the customer. Today they went out of their way to help me out and rectified a problem I had with my renault modus. If I did not get it fixed today I would have had trouble getting to work for the rest of the week. Richard is a great manager and his staff are brilliant. Please pass my comments to your director and to them. As I feel they send the right message out about your company.
