On the 24th June our car broke down in Tonbridge. We asked for assistance from Halfords Autocentres at Riverdale estate, Vale Road, Tonbridge, Kent. Within five minutes a mechanic Michael Hughes came to our aid. He managed to get our car started and back to the Autocentre, where it was repaired. Mr Hughes demonstrated exemplary customer service and is a credit to your company. We will continue using this garage in the future.

I have just had my car serviced by your autocentre in Tonbridge, Kent. I was dealt with a gentleman called Steve through the whole of the service. There was a problem with my car Steve in a very professional manner sorted everything out for me including the parts needed.
