I took my car for MOT at your Stoke Branch unit 2 victoria rd. Just like to thank you and all the staff at this branch. The service I received was above average. The manager and staff were very helpful and while I was waiting, I observed what a very good working team you have. I never used this garage before but I will in the future and would recommend them to other car owner’s.

I am just wriring to let you know how helpful your staff were at the Fenton branch. The garage manager Mr M Barber was very helpful in getting my van repaired and getting me back on my way as soon as was possible. This left me able to do my pick ups and get back home safely. I have always noticed in life there is a huge gulf between those who state they aim for excellence in customer service, and those who actually practice and deliver it. Nationwide Autocentres in Stoke fall firmly into the latter category. When I had a problem with my car yesterday, (and as one who relies on the car to make a living) I turned to them again. Even though they appeared quite busy, a technician was despatched straight away to investigate the fault which he accurately diagnosed very quickly and the car was soon in the workshop. All the excess costings and administration with the warranty was fully explained and quickly dealt with and the work was soon well underway. I was kept in constant communication about progress throughout the event, and it's very reassuring to be able to talk to the actual tecnician involved and indeed the manager who was always ready to answer questions and despite the obvious pressure of running a busy workshop, I noted had time and a smile for every customer who came through the door. It's also nice to observe the work being carried out through the waiting room windows. Work was completed within the timscale originally estimated and i was back on the road again. So many thanks, again, for what is service beyond the call, especially to the manager, Gavin, and Karl. In future, I shall consider no other garage for any servicing or repairs needed.

I took my car for it's annual MOT test to my local Nationwide Autocentre. I should like to comment on my experience. Booking in was very simple. When I arrived at reception I was greeted by a pleasant and helpful member of staff. Any questions I had were answered promptly and courteously.
The customer areas and service bays were clean and tidy and my car was ready on time. Pricing structures are clearly and simply displayed. Overall I was very impressed by the high standards and would like you to pass on my thanks to the staff.
