I am writing to you regarding the work carried out by your Scunthorpe branch on my father’s car over Thursday 12th and Friday 13th August, 2010. I would very much like to express to you how impressed I was with the service and attention by your staff at Scunthorpe. I had received poor service at a local garage and on recommendation came to Nationwide Autocentre and was so very glad I did. From the moment I explained to Craig my dilemma to the moment I left with my car keys I was treated at all times with the utmost respect, professionalism and friendliness from Craig and his staff. They managed to turn around a difficult and unpleasant experience (the other garage) into a good one. When I entered the Reception Area I was greeted with a warm friendly smile from Craig and as I waited I witnessed him answer the telephone and speak to several people who came into the premises and he attended all in the same amenable manner. Throughout my stay from time to time the mechanics came through to the front desk and all had a pleasing disposition. It was so very different from other garage and I was so thankful. My father’s car is ‘running’ beautifully, I have an MOT certificate and was very well treated into the bargain. I would just like to thank you and say well done to all the staff at your Scunthorpe branch. I believe that Scunthorpe branch is without doubt an asset to your Company and in an age where Service is often poor and or lacking; their excellent service certainly stands out.Thank you for your time and attention.
